Where:
- “n” is the latest stable production release of an Operating System or Browser.
- “n-{number}” is the number of previous major releases of Operating System or Browser.
For example:
- If Apple’s (OS) current version is v10.15, therefore the supported versions (n-3) are v10.12, v10.13, v10.14 and v10.15.
- For a Chrome browser, if current version is v81, the supported versions (n-2) are v79, v80 and v81.
Note: Edge is the supported default browser for Windows.
Exception: If any Device, Browser or Operating Device (even those covered above) is not reported to cover over 2% of traffic (measured based on unique users accessing the product over the prior 6-month period), it is not guaranteed that we will support that Device, Browser or Operating Device.
